DAMAGED PRODUCTS 

If your products are damaged in shipping, contact us immediately.  We can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization.  Then you can return the damaged shipment and we will replace it or refund your money.

Please understand that Bible Game Store is not designed for "game tryouts".  When a  game is opened, we cannot take it back.   If you have an unopened game and feel that you must return it... there will be a 15% restocking fee.  We will need a completed Return Merchandise Authorizaton.  Upon receiving the game in good saleable condition, we will refund 85% of your product purchase price.

When contacting Bible Game Store via our contact page or when entering our monthly game drawing, we collect your name and email so that we may reach you regarding your questions or if your name was drawn in our giveaway. Through our checkout process we will collect your shipping and billing information. All billing and shipping information for our customers will be held privately in our database for our record of purchases.
